Family Snow Photos in Denver, Colorado

Colorado’s weather this season has been up and down, but has actually dumped a pretty good amount of snow in Lakewood, Colorado. I LOVE to go out and photograph your family any time of the year, but snow sessions are WAY FUN!

I offer family mini sessions in a park close to my house. It’s convenient for me and because it’s a little cold outside, they are only 20 minutes long. Perfect for any size family to come out and run around in a big field of snow.

“Live Your Truth” is a reminder Jamie sees in her mother's handwriting every day. This tattoo sits at the core of her coaching business based in Golden, CO. When her Grandma passed on, Jessi was able to ask for her Grandma’s mixer. Anticipating the standard three glass bowls and handheld with two beaters, she was overjoyed to find a KitchenAide staring back at her. It’s likely being put to the test as you read this!

If you like adventure and driving, read this!

So my husband and I, and our good friend Joe went on a very calculated, very planned out trip this past summer in July 2015.  It was called the Trans American Trail-Shadow of the Rockies.  We drove about 1,435 miles in the span of 5 days over rocks, down dirt roads in the middle of nowhere, and through mountain passes that we barely squeezed through.  It was a fun adventure, and many more trips are planned in our future, for sure!

My husband, Wil wrote the article, Joe filled in the gaps, and I took the pictures along our journey.  Many smiles were shared, campfires were lit, and memories captured in our hearts.
