The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
Even though Santa would not be there.
The children were all snuggled in bed,
With visions of masked reindeer dancing in their heads.
Mamma sanitizing groceries, and me with a computer on my lap,
We were focused on making covid free gingersnaps….
Wellness is how you, as an individual, define it. It’s you creating a lifestyle that fits with your values and your beliefs.
